Hi folks,

I'm looking for someone to collaborate with for Goblins of Razard. Mostly I'm looking for someone interested in laying down flat solid colors for foreground characters only (no backgrounds or anything). Having a good feel for color isn't necessary, only neatness and the ability to use layers in photoshop. And promptness. Currently it takes me about 2 weeks to finish a page from sketch to finish. It's a lengthy process and I think I could be more productive if I had a little help. So, if you're planning on taking a month per page, that doesn't really help me. Full credit would be given of course.

I will compensate by trading solid colors for free sketch commissions or something else we can work it out.

3/20/12 Okay so the last month was spent pretty solidly on comic book pages (and still more to go) so I could get it printed in time for comic con. I know I should be putting together prints and bookmarks and other goodies but I'm feeling a little uninspired. Should I keep doing Marvel characters? Fantasy? Realistic Disney? Comic promotional images? Drizzt?

Commission Info

Anyone have a copy of Illustrator, OpenCanvas, or Photoshop? My computer finally crashed and I'm taking it to be rebuilt tomorrow. All my beautiful programs... artwork... psd files... all toast. TOAST. Stupid freaking PC.

Anyways, I realized at Saboten I don't know anything about Anime. I mean I'm so stuck in the 80s/early 90s still.... (I'm old) like Kenshin, Ah My Goddess, Cowboy Bebop, Gundam, Totoro, Macross, Castle in the Sky, Record of Lodoss War, Escaflowne and Kiki's Delivery Service. Half of which I'm surprised a lot of con goers have never heard of! LIKE WHAT? At least some goodies like Trigun are still popular.

I guess if I'm going to target that crowd with my art I need to watch something that isn't 20 years old. Anyone have any suggestions?
