Yes.  For as much as I hate Thranduil's character, Lee Pace's eyebrows are QUITE expressive.  Even still, I think that Elrond is more fit to be king than Thranduil could ever be, at least in the movie canon.  I regret to say that I still have yet to read the books that started it all, and reread The Hobbit too.
All things considered, this is very cute.
